  • We are at your service whether you choose to mail or call,

    We speak fluent Spanish, English, Russian and Hebrew.

  • We try to be as flexible as possible.

    • For private transportation services we can usually make changes up to 24 hours before reservation time.

    • For shared shuttle services, changes affect others, therefor changes are more difficult

    • For flight services, you can count on our excellent partnerships with domestic flight operators.

    We will try our best to do what is usually impossible if you book elsewhere.

    We can assist with last minute reservation changes, delays or cancellations even after regular working hours.

    • For Boat services, we can usually be flexible if you notify up to 48 hours in advance.

    • For cancellation policy – contact us.

  • Our staff and vehicles are easily recognizable – look for the PANTERA logo

    We can also prepare a welcome sign with your name if you request.

    Usually, we ask you to send us your picture so our staff can easily approach you.

  • As of 1 July 2023, duly registered tourism service providers must charge 13% VAT

    in addition to services rate.
